American singer Aloe Blacc, who pretty much got world famous over night with his hit single “I need a Dollar” (which was the intro song for HBO’s successful show “How to make it in Amercia”), paid a visit at MADE last year.
The humble soul artist spoke regarding his musical background, his progression over the last year thanks to the soundtrack and his insights into creativity.

This past Saturday, the traveling sneaker show Solemart made a stop in Eindhoven, marking its first ever visit to The Netherlands. Set up in what appears to be a factory, the event only last for one day and resulted in a massive turn out, as evidenced by this video. European sneaker freaks came from all over to get their hands on some of the rare styles showcased by collectors.
Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Jun Cha began tattooing at the early age of 15. Within a 6 year span, he has developed a commanding presence for his work with the needle. His talents have helped spawn further projects outside of tattooing including collaborations with both The Hundreds and C1RCA. In featuring the multi-faceted artist, we gain a better understanding of his initial foray into tattooing, his monochromatic style and his inspirations.
Photographer Samuel Cockedey and ambient/electronic musician Paul Frankland (also known as Woob) link up in this new timelapse video of Tokyo titled inter // states.
