Looking to a number of sneaker fans from all walks of life, each personality shares a particular story regarding their favorite release of the year. A comprehensive list round out this year’s selection with almost 30 different submissions.

I must say, Kanye did it on 2009! The Nike Air Yeezy signature kicks were the most sought-after sneakers of the year! Thank goodness Nike limited the shoe to a one-off experiment.
At the very same time another footwear project by Kanye was coming up. This time matching Kanye with designer Louis Vuitton. Surprisingly, the shoes deftly mix the styles of both. I digg them! For real!

Love 'em or hate 'em - and many shoe lovers did both..

Fiat 500 Special Edition “DIESEL”

DIESEL as in Diesel clothing, has collaborated with Fiat to create a special edition version of the new 500 minicar that will be produced in 10,000 copies over the next two years. Based on the Sport version, the ‘500 by Diesel’ is available in three exterior colors (olive green, black and brown). Unique exterior features include the aluminum trim on the bumpers, the protective strips on the door, the yellow brake calipers and the Diesel insignias.

Likewise, the interior has been enhanced with special upholstery fabrics made from denim while the Diesel brand logo makes its appearance on the dashboard and the gear knob. The 500 by Diesel will be available with prices set at €15,000 for the 1.2 and at €17,000 for both the 1.4 and 1.3 Multijet variants.
